Insofar as I know and have been able to verify, this domain name has never been registered or used by anyone else for any reason. I made up the name and registered it because it was available. Even so, I offer no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever regarding the suitability of the domain name for any intended use or purpose.

I am NOT a broker or agent for anyone else. I am small business owner who registered this domain name with GoDaddy.Com, so any sale will be from me to you (an identifiable human buyer or a legitimate business entity) with no middle-man.
The price is the price. It won't increase or decrease because of who you are, who you work for, or your intended use.
I don't haggle, so paying a broker to negotiate on your behalf would be a waste of your money.
I'm almost 70 and I've not cheated another person since I was a child. You'll just have to take my word for that, but once we start talking about a transfer in earnest and I learn who you are, you will know my name, where I live, and how to contact me.

If you do not agree with my Terms & Conditions, you are welcome to request a change, but without an exceptionally compelling incentive I will not agree.
The domain name's 'estimated value' assessed by GoDaddy or some other organization is irrelevant. If you want the domain name, my selling price is the non-negotiable amount shown at the top of this page. Any request for a lower price will generally be ignored. Threats or obnoxious messages will result in a firm five-fold increase in the sale price or a police report.
I only accept payment in U.S. Dollars through PayPal to ensure everything about the sale is above board and legitimate (because PayPal offers protections for both a seller and buyer).
Without exception, I will not initiate the domain name transfer until I have been paid in full and the payment has cleared. Once the payment has cleared, I will do whatever is necessary on my part to ensure the domain is successfully transferred to your control before I consider the sale complete or transfer the funds from PayPal to me.
Unless agreed to otherwise during our pre-sale discussions, and barring circumstances beyond my control (e.g., another Amazon Web Services failure), I will initiate the transfer with GoDaddy between 12 & 24 hours after payment verification. I will keep you informed by e-mail or text about my actions.
If you decide to cancel the purchase and tell me within 12 hours of making a payment to PayPal, I will refund your payment in full minus any charges against my PayPal account for doing so. If there is no charge to me, you'll get all of your money back. Once I initiate the transfer with GoDaddy, however, I will consider the sale final and I will not cancel the transfer nor refund your money except as described below.
If I am unable to complete the transfer within 84 hours after payment verification for any reason I can control, I will offer to refund your payment in full. If I am unable to complete the transfer within 132 hours after payment verification and the reason is not caused by you, I will offer to refund your payment in full.
I will pay all fees I am required to pay to execute the domain name transfer and to collect payment, but you will be responsible for any fees you incur, e.g., PayPal payor fees, etc., domain name registration, etc.
I report all domain sales revenue as income for tax purposes, because of which I will prepare a bill of sale for the domain name and e-mail that to you as soon as the transfer is verified. If you wish to remain anonymous, I can accommodate that, but I will still report as income any payment made to me through PayPal.
